All bathroom furniture was replaced in 2023. Communication: • Subway Västra Skogen is close to the residence and offers double lines (blue). • Close to bus lines 152/507/129 that take one to Liljeholmen/Bromma airport/Odenplan • Walking distance to Solna Centrum/Mall of Scandinavia with 100s of shops. For the active, it is possible to cycle into the city in 15-20 minutes. • Walking distance to Tvärbanan and to Karolinska University Hospital Nearby there are beautiful walking paths along the Ulvsunda Lake, Huvudstabadet, outdoor swimming pool, 4H farm, riding school, cozy cafes and Pampas Marina. The rent includes electricity, water, broadband, furniture (simpler furniture such as a cot can of course be removed) and parking with a carport. If parking is not desired, it can be arranged (for a slightly lower rent). My partner and I and our little daughter of 10 months enjoy the area incredibly well. As we are moving abroad for work, we rent for at least 1 year with the possibility of extension.
