We rent it fully furnished. About Råsunda The area is full of cozy cafes, including Juniper Tree which is right below us. We also have Filmstaden where you have access to a cinema, gym, restaurants and bars. In addition, Råstasjön, perfect for walks and nature experiences, as well as the Mall of Scandinavia, one of the largest shopping centers in the Nordics, are only 10 minutes away. Transport You can take the subway from Näckrosen, about 100 meters from the apartment, directly to Stockholm city. There is also a bus stop right outside, where bus 515 takes you to Odenplan or, if you wish, to Sundbyberg. Rental period and other The rental period begins on February 1st. We do not accept pets (dogs, cats) or large families. Ideally, we are looking for a couple, or a parent with a child over 10 years old. We are looking for someone interested in renting for 12 months.
