Lovely neighbors, nice courtyard with garden furniture and a very good laundry room. The rent yesterday included internet, electricity, water, heating and access to your own basement storage. The idea is to rent out the apartment furnished if unfurnished is not desired. I am looking for someone who is well-mannered and pet- and smoke-free.
