Here you live in a quiet townhouse area in Tumba. The area is called Vretarna and consists mainly of terraced houses and also some villas. There are several preschools in the area and plenty of walking areas. There is a bus stop only a few minutes from the residence and from there the bus goes to Fridhemsplan, Marievik, Skärholmen and to Tumba station, from where the commuter train goes to Södertälje, Stockholm City and to Uppsala, via Arlanda. At Tumba station there is also a center with both services, shops, restaurants and cafes.

The terraced house is 96 square meters and consists of 4 rooms. It is spread over two floors and on the entrance floor there is a kitchen, bathroom and two bedrooms. Downstairs there is a living room, a bedroom, wardrobe and a bathroom with washing machine and sauna. There is a patio at both the front and back of the house.

The home is rented unfurnished. The rent includes: Heat, water, garbage collection and parking space. The tenant pays costs for household electricity, broadband and TV subscription.
