The owner of the condominium is responsible for making sure that residential charges are paid and that the sublease tenant behave and follow the rules of the association. If not, the condominium-holder's right to housing right is forfeited. Responsibility lies with the condominium owner to have a home insurance with condominium extensions. For the sublease tenant's belongings in the home, a home insurance subscribed by the sublease tenant is required.
