My apartment that I am now going to rent out is located in the center of Alvik with good communications. It is a small 2-room apartment with a lovely patio. The house in which the apartment is located is not new, but the apartment is in almost brand new condition as I am the first and only person who has lived in it, I moved in in December 2022. The apartment has modern amenities such as underfloor heating in the bathroom and fresh appliances. You have your own entrance from the ground floor and so you don't have to use any stairwell, it feels a bit like living in the countryside but in the middle of town. The apartment is 28 square meters and the hall, kitchen and living room are actually the same room and then a bedroom that can be closed off with space for a desk and large bed. I prefer to rent out the apartment furnished with a fully equipped kitchen and am happy to leave the TV, grill, outdoor furniture, etc. A laundry room is available very close by. There is a storage room for the apartment that I prefer to store private things in during the rental period, but if someone really needs it, I could arrange it in other ways. These pictures are from this summer and there are a few changes/additions. Kitchen cabinets are painted light green instead of black, TV installed in front of the bed on the wall.
